Moments Long and Brief
The days are going by,
One by one - their motif;
Cloud flowers in open sky,
Moments long and brief.
Stirring the lights and dark,
Into the sea and earth;
Flowers of distant spark,
Coming of age and worth.
Sweet time gone to deep,
Gold molding blue ways;
Nothing a thought can keep,
Turning around the days.
Weaving open and wide,
Gold rimmed glasses glare;
Shadows from night abide,
Into the twilight everywhere.
Shining on stars of night,
Silence hours and candid;
Blossoms of blue gold light,
Passing on openhanded.
Everything to memories goes,
Evening and hours before;
Somewhere its reflections glows,
Drifting to an eternal shore.
